People everywhere worry about house prices — but especially so in Ireland, where between 2007 and 2010 we experienced one of the modern world’s worst property crashes.
Remember that housing is a no-win topic. When house prices rise, existing owners (the silent majority) delight in their increased wealth, while prospective purchasers (the noisy minority) rage about unaffordability.
