No increase in number of new homes being built this year, says ESRI

Housing completions this year will be 33,000 – the same as last year, according to a new analysis by the ESRI.
It has found the number of completions in the first quarter of this year dropped alarmingly, to just over 5,800 units, compared with 10,300 in the final quarter of last year.
