An Irish Aer Lingus passenger has said she ended up stuck in Toronto after her flight was cancelled with just six hours’ notice.
Kate O’Keeffe, from New Ross, Co Wexford, was presenting at a conference in the Canadian city and was set to fly home at 5.30pm local time on Sunday. She received a message at around 11.20am to say the flight had been cancelled.
