Car catches fire on M11 and collision reported on M50 as commuters urged to exercise caution

There is a car reported on fire on the M11/N11 this morning.
The incident was recorded just before 8am on the M11/11 southbound at Junction 18 between Wicklow town and Arklow.
A collision was also reported on the M50 southbound at J10 Ballymount just before 8am, which is likely to cause delays to commuters this morning.
There have also been reports of foggy conditions for motorists in some places too, particularly the N7 and the N3, as well as low-rising sun adding to delays between Junction 11, Tallaght, and Junction 13, Dundrum.
Closer to the city centre there are delays on the north side of the city on the Swords Road, Cabra Road, Phibsboro Road and the North Quays.
On the south side of the city motorists can expect delays between Con Colbert and South Circular Road with traffic backing up on the Grand Canal.
