Moscow terror attack: ‘tortured’ suspects appear in court as Vladimir Putin vows retribution

Four suspects in the terror attack claimed by Isis on a Moscow concert hall in which 130 people died appeared in court yesterday.
Russian media carried reports that the men, all of whom are citizens of Tajikistan, had been tortured in custody and they all bore the signs of having been beaten, with one of the men appearing in court in a wheelchair.
