Located right outside the seaside village of Dunfanaghy in Donegal This spectacular crescent shaped bay is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Ireland.

The beach stretches nearly 2 kilometres across the Wild Atlantic Way, and offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Known for it’s golden sands and clear blue waters, the beach has become a hugely popular travel destination for tourists over the summer months.

Visitors to Trá Mór beach are greeted by breathtaking views of dramatic cliffs, rocky outcrops and stunning sand dunes that adds to it’s picturesque scenery.

The beaches sheltered location, nestled between Rosguill Peninsula to the east and Horn Head to the west creates a calm and serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation.

The beach is located less than an hour away from Letterkenny, and offers a tonne of opportunities for outdoor activities.
